Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union purchasing digital services or digital content through SwipeVera, you are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal as set out below.
1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e. the date your purchase was confirmed).

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (via Stripe refund to your original payment card), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. Digital Content & Immediate Execution
Under European Union law (§ 356 para. 5 BGB / Art. 16(m) Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium expires if the performance has begun after the consumer has provided prior express consent and acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once performance has started.
SwipeVera delivers digital analyses, AI photo packs, and personalized dating bios immediately upon purchase. Where statutory requirements for immediate digital performance are fulfilled at checkout, the withdrawal right may expire once performance begins. Where such requirements are not met, your statutory 14-day withdrawal right remains intact.
